Will your clothes fit me?

If your height falls between 4’10” – 5’4″, you are considered to be “petite”, and our pieces will fit you comfortable, as long as you measure yourself against our size guide and select the right size for yourself.

Why do you only have 4 styles?

As we are a startup fashion label, we decided to launch with a smaller “capsule” workwear collection of 4 styles. Once our label grows, we will offer more designs and colours with each fashion season.

When will you have more styles?

Following our Classics Collection will be more regular releases on a seasonal basis (starting 2024).

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), China UnionPay (CUP), Google Pay, Apple Pay and AfterPay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, send us an email as soon as possible at info@monajuliet.com.au, so we can see what we can do before the order is posted to you.

I’ve received the wrong item / my item is faulty.

If you have received the wrong item, please notify us at info@monajuliet.com.au with your order number, and we will do our best to rectify this mistake for you.

If you believe your item is faulty, please notify us at info@monajuliet.com.au with your order number, detail what’s wrong with the item and attach a photograph so we may best assist you. We note we keep photographs of each piece prior to it being sent to our customers to keep a record of their condition.

Where are your clothes made?

We are proudly an Australian-based and Australian-made label, meaning that each and every one of our garments are designed, developed, and manufactured within Australia.

Are you looking for petite models?

At MONA JULIET, we are extremely passionate about pushing the petite modelling industry forward. If you are a petite model based in Queensland, Australia, and are interested in working with us, please send your portfolio to us via email at info@monajuliet.com.au. We will browse your portfolio and will reach out to you should we wish to book you for any future shoots.

If you are a petite model based outside of Queensland, Australia, please feel free to send your portfolio to us so we may keep it on file for when the time comes to expand our operations interstate and overseas.
