Returns Policy

To return an item, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your item that you are requesting a return. To start a return, you can contact us at

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. The pieces must be returned to us within 14 days of your notifying us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means that the pieces must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with no marks, stains, or smells. The original tags and labels must be attached, and the item must be sent back in its original packaging.

We are pleased to advise that return postage fees incurred with Australia Post will be reimbursed to the customer upon receiving the returned items (Australia only). Please ensure to email us the return postage receipt so we may reimburse you upon the condition of the garment/s being accepted.

Please be advised that international returns for change of mind will be at the customer’s expense.

When you are returning an item, it is best to select a tracked service to make sure it arrives safely, as we will not be liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Please note we cannot accept returns on items purchased with Afterpay or sale items for change of mind. If you are wishing to return the item for sizing-related purposes, we can accept your return by replacing the garment/s in your preferred size (if in stock), or by offering store credit.

Once the return has been received and the condition of the garment/s are accepted, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will go back to the card you used, and will be deposited into your account within 10 business days of receiving our confirmation email.

If you have received the wrong item, please notify us at with your order number, and we will do our best to rectify this mistake for you.

If you believe your item is faulty, please notify us at with your order number, detail what is wrong with the item and attach photograph/s so we may best assist you. We note we conduct quality checks and keep photographs of each piece prior to it being sent to our customers for record-keeping purposes.
