Shipping within Australia

Standard Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping within Australia is free. Upon placing your order, the delivery timeframe for standard shipping is roughly 2-10 business days, depending on where you are in Australia. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Please note customers should allow an additional 2 days for standard domestic deliveries to Western Australia and outer-metropolitan areas.

Please note we do not currently offer Express Domestic Shipping.

Shipping outside Australia

Standard International Shipping

Standard International Shipping is free for all international orders over $400.00 (AUD).

For orders placed under $400.00 (AUD), Standard International Shipping to New Zealand and Asia Pacific has a flat fee of $25.00 (AUD), and for the rest of the world, the flat fee is $35.00 (AUD).

Upon placing your order, the delivery timeframe for standard international shipping is roughly 6-25 business days, depending on the country you are ordering to.

Please note we do not currently offer Express International Shipping.

Please note that once orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates provided by Mona Juliet.

Mona Juliet is not responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees which may be enforced upon your parcel entering the country you are in. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office in advance of placing your order with us for further information.

General Shipping/Delivery Information

All deliveries, whether made within our outside Australia, must be signed for upon arrival. If you are in Australia, and you are not present to sign for your parcel, Australia Post will leave your parcel at the closest Australia Post Office.

Mona Juliet does not offer an “Authority To Leave” option.

Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel using this link: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

Delivery dates supplied by Mona Juliet are the best estimate only. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
